"Awaken in Tree Houses"
Theres peace and serenity, a lushness of green
Tall trees and dappled sunlight there between.
A smell of God's earth and the sound of bush birds
The creek running by as if chattering words.
Then a calm, quietness drifting into the night
Awakens the morning so cheeky and bright.
Awake in God's garden you'll not feel alone
Just a wish to call Tree Houses a place you call home.

There are 40 or so recessed, the rest are eitehr sconces or hanging. Size is 2000 sq feet so it really isn't excessive. No new build, we decided against it. We would need to build 4000 square feet for it to be cost effective. 2k is enough for us, quality is more important to me than size. Nevermind the taxes. If we need more we have a full 1000 square feet of finishable space with high ceilings in the basement.We are well within budget at this point.
